Freaking Funny - Monster

I've always loved creating weird and unsettling creatures, and this Monster from Freaking Funny is probably the best example of that obsession.

This character became one of the largest pieces of work in the entire production, requiring almost three months of dedicated work within a nine-month short film project. From sculpting and retopology to texturing and final look development, I wanted every detail to contribute to a creature that felt both disturbing and oddly fascinating.

Since the character has no eyes, no nose, and no facial animation, I had to rely entirely on shape language, textures, and body design to convey emotion and personality.
