Denaya

This character was created for Aquaterra, a post-apocalyptic game project developed during my studies.

Denaya is the spiritual leader and guide of her tribe. Respected for her wisdom, strength, and connection to ancient traditions, she leads her people through her voice, intuition, and gift for fortune-telling. Rather than ruling through authority alone, she serves as a source of guidance and trust within her community.

When creating her, I wanted her appearance to reflect those qualities. Her facial features, posture, and overall silhouette were designed to convey both strength and serenity, while hinting at the life experience and knowledge she carries.

This project includes the sculpt, retopology, hand-painted texturing work.
